With plenty of variations and modifications, this practice is approachable for beginners and practitioners of any level of experience, while also building heat and strength for those seeking a challenge. Join us as we explore yoga’s roots through integration of breathwork, intentional movement, meditation, and philosophy. All bodies welcome – pay what you can!

Sunrise Flow is an accessible, all-levels class that incorporates slow, stretchy movement and breathwork to slowly wake and energize the body, clear the mind, and help you start your day with intention. This class is a "yin-vin" style, beginning with some restorative and yin poses to increase range of motion and stimulate energy flow, then building the pace into an active flow before culminating in a short meditation. No prior experience is necessary, and all bodies are welcome!

Join us on the mat for an exploration of yoga as mindful movement, with the aim of regulating our nervous systems, deepening our sense of embodiment and "felt sense", and connecting with our own intuitive movements as a reflection of and to shift our emotional state. The class will include optional breathwork, adaptable movement on the mat and standing, and reflection/journaling.
