You’re capable, intuitive, and emotionally intelligent. On the outside, you’re showing up for your people. On the inside, you might feel ungrounded, anxious, or just plain tired of performing strength.
You want to lead from a deeper place—one that feels aligned, regulated, and true to who you are. But the tools you’ve used in the past—mindset work, overwork, fixing yourself into perfection—aren’t cutting it anymore.
I’ve been there. I spent years trying to lead, teach, and “hold it all together” from my head—while my body was stuck in overdrive. No matter how much I accomplished, something inside still felt off.
My background is in leadership development and nonprofit work. I loved the mission—but I was disconnected from myself. What changed my life—and my work—was discovering somatics: the body-based practices that helped me stop overriding my nervous system and start listening to it.
Today, I blend somatic coaching, trauma-informed facilitation, and mindful movement to help purpose-driven leaders like you come back into your bodies, build true resilience, and lead from grounded clarity—not collapse.
Leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about presence.
My mission is to help purpose-driven leaders stop running on adrenaline and start leading from embodiment, agency, and self-trust. The world doesn’t need more performative strength. It needs regulated, connected people in positions of leadership and influence.
