Denning: Finding Nurturance for the Season Ahead

Save the date: Oct 10!

A fall retreat with Erin Lingo and Katie Lemmert.

As we approach the winter season, what do you want to say yes to, and what do you need to say no to? Our culture and conditioning can make the answers to these questions confusing or complicated, when we add in the pressures of family, holidays, and the ever-dreaded New Years Resolutions.

  • Denning (verb): to retire into or inhabit a den or lair; most commonly refers to wild animals (like bears or wolves) retreating into a burrow for rest or hibernation, dogs or cats seeking a cozy, secure hiding space, or a person hiding in a secret retreat

  • Nurturance (noun): physical and emotional care and nourishment; the work of providing treatment for or attending to someone or something

Join us for a day dedicated to the process of denning and nurturance, with journaling and small group work for self-reflection, somatic work and yoga to shake things up, and finishing with a soundbath to let everything integrate.

$200 base price

Optional add-ons:

  • box lunch ($25)

  • 30m integration session with Erin or Katie: $100
