Embodied Flow: A grounded, accessible yoga practice for real humans practicing real life
Drop into presence through simple awareness of breath and movement, and leave feeling more steady and clear. This grounded, intentional flow is accessible to beginners and experienced practitioners alike, with options throughout to support your body while still building strength and heat. The focus is on awareness over performance: tracking sensation, following your breath, and noticing your patterns as they arise.
This is a practice for real humans practicing real life: what you notice and how you respond on the mat is the same skillset you bring into everyday moments. It's a practice of being with yourself – especially in the in-between moments where choice, habit, and self-trust begin to take shape.
Accessible to all levels. No prior experience needed. All bodies welcome. Pay what you can.
